Certification for Women-Owned Business
(Cromwell, Conn., April 5, 2012) –
Advanced Copy Technologies, Inc. has been granted the status of Women-Owned Business Enterprise by the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services – Supplier Diversity Program. Advanced Copy Technologies, Inc. qualified for certification as a privately held Connecticut-based company with at least 51% ownership represented by women.
Cynthia Gondek has held a position with Advanced Copy since 1999, and is currently the majority shareholder. As an officer of the corporation she has played a pivotal role in the decision-making and guidance of this company.
The Small/Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) state certification program is designed to assist the growth and development of businesses owned and controlled by women and minorities. Its mission is to encourage and assist state agencies in their efforts to increase participation by minority and women-owned business enterprises on state contracts so as to facilitate the award of a fair share of such contracts to MWBEs.
